I provide a completely secluded area where I run sessions, with three separate dedicated spaces. The hours session is completely tailored to the client, and can be a mix of time within the therapy pod, or sat beside the lakeside (completely private for clients only) or a gentle walk within the woodland area – all why exploring somatic experiencing, the link between mind and body, and using the power of water for reflection and clarification of emotions – while of course, our minds are entering a subtle meditative state of being – proven by research on the huge beneficial factors water and nature supply us with so graciously. A dedicated carpark just for clients is also available directly where my therapy pod is.
